IT Business Analyst Job

Key Goals:

To analyze, document and propose solutions for Zawya's online products and prepare
business requirements and designs. The primary responsibility of this position involves
working with product managers, potential users and IT resources to develop and produce
high quality online information services and tools.
The candidate will work specifically on collecting, understanding, challenging, and
transmitting business requirements. Candidate will also work closely with User Experience
Team to translate requirements into a viable solution on Zawya.com

Tasks:
● Develop original ideas with product owners and users.
● Analyze, challenge, scope and design solutions.
● Identify client organization’s strengths and weaknesses and suggests areas of
improvement.
● Liaise with Technical Leads to perform content and technical due-diligence to identify
technology solutions for all products.
● Document workflows and business processes and obtain sign offs from client.
● Be the link between business lines and Technology development teams.
● Liaise between different functions in the organization to ensure proper release of
products.
● Create presentation materials to communicate products to both internal audiences
and external customers.
